Laura London: Redefining Posibilities And Living The Dream!
Hi, I am Laura London and I burst into the fitness scene a little more than a year ago and have been on fire ever since. I am a 45 year old wife and mother of three. I am here to show you that age has no barrier on fitness. I am having the most amazing year of my life and doing things I never even dreamed possible.
I went from an out of shape, stay at home mom to a national level figure competitor, internationally published fitness model and was also voted “2010 Over 40 Transformation of the Year” by BodyBuilding.com. I decided to take charge of my health and cleaned up my diet, wrote down my goal and joined the gym. I transformed my body and my life and started to compete in figure competitions and have been non stop ever since.
I am living proof that, with effort and dedication everyone has the power within themselves to achieve their dreams at any age. My passion and mission are to help other women be the best they can be at any age. Having grown up in Connecticut, Laura London relocated to Florida 14 years ago and lives there with her husband of 19 years and three children aged 17, 13 and 11.
