BIOGRAPHY

Marisa Anderson, Personal Trainer and Aerobic Instructor. She has been in the fitness industry for 15 years and still has the same passion as when she first started. Marisa enjoys helping her clients in achieving their fitness goals. Working with special needs clients, fashion models, professional athletes, she has the program for you.

Most of her clients will say that Marisa is funny, energetic, sincere and definitely not shy. What her clients may not know is that before fitness she was in the radio industry for three years, so being funny and energetic comes naturally for her.

Marisa teaches a variety of classes she loves them all but when asked, which is your favorite she said “Right now it has to be BOOT CAMP. I have the opportunity to teach Boot Camp out doors and living in Muskoka it’s amazing, with the rough terrain and hills. The members love it”.

In the last year Marisa started competing in Fitness Competitions and enjoys each and every time she steps out on stage. Marisa was looking for another motivator to keep her on track with her fitness and this was the perfect sport to complement her workouts.
